Hilda, I know I just left the shop but I really do have to tell you how much I love my, shorter asymmetrical cut and the color is fabulous!! You and your staff always make me feel special when I am visiting with Pluma, not to mention I leave feeling and looking several years younger!

Eight years ago a haircut was just a necessary routine and going to a chain store to take care of it was my routine. After my wife’s insistence that I need “professional” help, I went to Pluma and had a wonderful experience with Hilda. I realized that all the little things you do that show a well groomed personality make such a big difference. Constantly meeting customers, and having 40 employees, it DOES matter how you present yourself. So going for a haircut regularly is a part of my life for a better representation of me. Plus the fact that we talk as if we are long term friends makes it a fun experience. My wife and I are now part of the Pluma Family.

When I walk into Pluma Designs, there is such a feeling of warmth and camaraderie between the stylists who work there. Mary Petrich is a creative artist who sculpts and designs my hair with such love and elan; this is very important for me since I am a musician/entertainer. I so look forward to my monthly visits to Pluma Design! I often tease that it is “Hilda Therapy” since we have such wonderful discussions about life, children, and men all the while Hilda is cutting, coloring and styling my hair! There are hair stylists galore, but there is no one in comparison to Hilda Villaverde.
