Snip Tip:
On Sunday June 14, I woke up with a searing pain in my left arm. I could not stretch my arm out nor could I hold anything in my hand. Turning my hand over was out of the question nor did I sleep that evening. The next day, Physical Therapist, Jason Marino, came to my home. By that evening after treatment and several instructions and exercises from Jason, I was out of pain. The next day another visit and by Wednesday I was back at work.

Living Brave - Stories That Inspire

Come Along On a Life-Changing Journey with Co-Authors Hilda & Mary Beth! 
​Living Brave is a vibrant series of books that feature inspiring life experiences from which we can all learn and grow.
​Within the Living Brave Series of books we have brought forth the concept of women lifting others through sharing their stories of living bravely.
Living Brave. . .Finishing Strong is the fourth book of the Living Brave series.  Dr. Hilda Villaverde and Mary Beth Stern share the life journeys of 45 women, ages 7 – 95.  They present  these women’s lives as a progression through four quarters of life, asking those in each stage to share their evolution as they have grown, changed and progressed, not despite their challenges and successes, but because of.   Each story reflects that persistence and resilience are the secrets to finishing strong.  You will experience that each contributor not only observes life, but is a willing participant.  I assure you that with each story, each quarter, you will be eager to go on to the next as you will most likely be reflecting on your own experiences.  At the end of the book you will be glad you came.
